David Sieradzki

David Sieradzki is the Vice-President and Managing Director of KSV Advisory Inc., a leading financial advisory, restructuring, and valuations firm in Canada.13 He is a Chartered Accountant, Licensed Insolvency Trustee, and a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional.1

Professional Experience

David has extensive experience in restructuring proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, with significant involvement in cross-border mandates under the United States Code.1 He acts as a consultant, receiver/manager, monitor, and information officer in various matters, including:

• Performing viability assessments on distressed businesses across industries such as forestry, film, retail, construction, automotive, and technology1
• Leading complex restructuring mandates for companies like Hollander Sleep Products, Forme Development Group, RB Energy, Discovery Air, Eddie Bauer, Tricon Films & Television, DragonWave, and Arxx Building Products1
