Keith Duggan is a highly skilled cinematographer and lighting designer with over three decades of experience in the film and TV industry. He began his career in New York City, working on several independent features and shooting bits for The Howard Stern Show. In the 2000s, he moved to Los Angeles and worked on many exciting projects, such as John Putch's Bachelor Man and Mojave Phone Booth, Grey Frederickson’s Soul’s Midnight, and SciFi Channel’s Haunted Prison and Sands of Oblivion. Duggan's commercial credits include CLARITIN, PEPSI, JEEP, and LONGS DRUGS.

In 2007, when the industry began to migrate east, Duggan had to find a way to survive in LA. He designed lighting for a reality show, which led to other opportunities, such as illuminating top shows on The Food Network, including The Next Food Network Star and The Rachael vs Guy series. He still continued to work on independent films, such as I'm in Love with a Church Girl, which was Ja Rule's breakout dramatic role and received a national release in the fall of 2013.

Duggan's solid reputation in the industry and extensive experience have earned him a place as the Lighting Designer at LiteLink, LLC, where he develops new products. He has also worked as the Director of Photography at Reverence Media Gospel and the Cinematographer at The Camera Eye, Inc. Duggan has also been involved in several upcoming webisodes, such as Jamie Widdoe's The 4 to 9ers, and second unit D.P. on several projects and pilots for studios like Warner Brothers and Universal Home Video.
