Keith Duggan is an experienced cinematographer and lighting designer based in Los Angeles. He began his journey in New York City after graduating with a degree in Media studies from The University of Buffalo in 1990, working on several independent features and traveling the country to shoot bits with John Melendez for The Howard Stern Show. He later moved to LA where he started as a 2nd AC for a show on the DEN network and quickly progressed to shooting the show. Duggan has an extensive and diverse portfolio of work that includes music videos, independent films, studio projects, pilots, and commercials for major brands such as CLARITIN, PEPSI, JEEP, and LONGS DRUGS.

Despite the economic downturn and migration of the industry to the east coast in the late 2000s, Duggan found a way to survive by designing the lighting for a reality show, which led to him illuminating top shows on The Food Network, including The Next Food Network Star and The Rachael vs Guy series. He continued to work on independent films and had the opportunity to lens I'm in Love with a Church Girl, which was Ja Rule's breakout dramatic role and had a national release in the fall of 2013.

Duggan's more recent work includes several webisodes, including Jamie Widdoe's The 4 to 9ers, and films such as Tom Jonhston’s 50 Nothing and John Putch’s Route 30 Trilogy. He has also worked as the second unit D.P. on several studio projects and pilots for Warner Brothers and Universal Home Video.

As a lighting designer, Duggan has also been involved in new product development at LiteLink, LLC. He has worked with various organizations in the industry, including The Camera Eye, Inc, CBS Eye Too, Fox Television, G4 Media, Bullrun Productions, and more.
