Keith Dailey's educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Park University, further studies at Southeast Missouri State University, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Adult Education and Leadership from Walden University, and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies.

His professional experience spans various roles, including Campus Center Director, Associate Director of Academic Services - Fort Bliss Campus, Full-time Faculty in the Business Department, and Assistant Academic Director/Adjunct Instructor at Park University. Additionally, he has served in the U.S. Army in positions such as Branch Chief and Instructor Writer, Senior Tactics, Training, and Evaluations Officer at the 6th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command, and the 11th Air Defense Artillery Brigade.
