Leading the onboarding stream in the ramp up of KONE's new Digital Sales Center function. Responsible for developing onboarding for new Digital Sales Managers and Digital Sales Executives and hands-on implementation of learning elements of different kinds. 2022: Piloted global learning program for new Salespeople in 14 countries and collected feedback extensively from the pilot participants (newcomers, their managers & nominated buddies) in different ways before, during and after the pilot. Based on the findings improved the program which was then launched globally in the autumn. Towards the end of the year, started working on the learning aspect of onboarding more broadly with the aim to ensure that we have a holistic, structured and engaging way to onboard newcomers.

2021: Working as part of KONE’s strategic program, Marketing & Sales Renewal to build sales competence development model for KONE and KONE Sales Academy. Leading the agile development work of global sales onboarding as the first concrete deliverable of KONE Sales Academy, planned to be a blended learning experience built based on 70-20-10 learning model. Involving sales professional with broad scope into the development work.

2020: Onboarding stream Lead in the ramp-up of KONE’s new Digital Sales Centre function (details below). Also as part of corona taskforce started running a global webinar series for sales from scratch to address the needs of KONE’s sales force during the pandemic which turned out to be a success and is still running actively.

Sales Competence Development Manager, Learning & Development, Global HR, Center of Expertice

Development of sales learning paths and onboarding, visualizing sales career map as well as defining DNAs for a Great KONE Sales Person and Sales Manager to be used as recruitment criteria and later also as a basis for developing KONE’s sales people and leaders. Additionally responsible for sales competence assessment tool.

2019: Played a key role in the development of sales learning journey for KONE’s new Digital Experience (DX) elevators launched in the end of 2019. As part of DX launch event we organized an interactive sales training day for 300 European sales professionals and a train-the trainer day in Hyvinkää, Finland.

In this role I coordinated our participation to career fairs in Finland, supported in KONE International Trainee Program process and put together employer branding action plan for KONE Finland & Baltics.

Talent Acquisition Specialist, Finland and Baltics

In this role my area of expertise was recruitment and employer branding on global scale. The job was very much project-based and I developed initiatives, practices and processes in those areas. I was heavily involved in building KONE's employer branding strategy and Employer Value Proposition. Additionally I was the global super user of our recruitment system and developed the system further to meet different stakeholders' needs by working together and leading a virtual team of local key users. I was also responsible for KONE’s social media presence as an employer and for the corporate careers site (www.kone.com/careers) and coordinated KONE's International Trainee Program. May 2015-August 2016 and November 2016-December 2017 I was on maternity leaves. During the 2 months in between I researched onboarding and exit practises and processes in different countries and presented recommendations for defining the global processes.

HR Specialist, Talent Management

In this position I worked mainly in talent management area. I was heavily involved in building and implementing global e-recruitment tool to support our recruitment process. I was responsible for KONE International Trainee Program and supporting in succession planning and high potential identification process. I also provided analysis of different kind of HR data e.g. related to HR KPIs and exit interview.

At UPM I was responsable for sales in agent markets in South Africa and Latin America. I worked together with UPM's paper mills, agents and shipping companies. I handled orders, shipments and invoicing.

As a reseach assistant I participated into a study of international knowledge transfer by interviewing Finnish expartiates in Estonia.

Research Assistant

I took part in KONE International Trainee Program and worked in Brussels for 6 months. I participated in designing the annual audit of KONE's call centers and a global training program targeted to KONE's field personnel. I also did a bechmark study of PDAs used in different companies and updated the intranet pages.

Sales & Business Development Assistant

At Fennia I worked part-time in telemarking during my university studies. I was cold calling potential and existing customers to schedule meetings for them with Fennia's sales people.
