Keara Cormier-Hill, Ed.M., is passionate about empowering economically marginalized communities and creating opportunity paths for all children.

With a background in education from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Keara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work in program design, family and community engagement, and positive youth development.

She specializes in innovative partnership building, strategies for collective impact, culturally competent practices, mental health awareness, and integration of support services.

Keara has held various roles in organizations such as BakerRipley, ProFellow, Lilla G. Frederick Pilot Middle School, and more, where she has contributed to community initiatives and youth empowerment projects.

Passionate about celebrating diversity and promoting strengths-based inquiry, Keara is dedicated to creating inclusive environments that uplift the voices of community members as leaders.
