With a passion for alternative education, Kaylee leverages her expertise in customer experience and digital product design to lead 'The Design Lab' program at Verizon.

Under Kaylee's leadership, The Design Lab offers an 8-week cohort-based program and a 3-month fellowship experience to nurture emerging leaders in the design team, focusing on skill development and leadership readiness.

Kaylee's current project involves a digital peer-to-peer education platform at Verizon, empowering employees to share knowledge and enhance their professional growth.
