Kayla Ross

Kayla Ross is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in strategy and business design. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ivey Business School at Western University, a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, and High School education where she achieved Ontario Scholar status at The Country Day School. Additionally, Kayla has a background in Psychology from McGill University.

Kayla has held prominent roles in various organizations, including her current position as Manager of Strategy & Business Design at Deloitte Canada. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy & Operations division of Deloitte Canada. She also gained valuable experience as a Strategy Lead and Client Lead at PUBLIC Inc., along with roles as an Account Manager and Consultant. Furthermore, Kayla has a background in Corporate Accounting and Finance through a summer internship at Altus Group, and she also worked as a Pharmacy Technician at Shoppers Drug Mart.
