Kaushal Yadav

Kaushal Yadav is an accomplished business leader whose journey started with being a science student at Modi Public School, Kota. Later he pursued his interest in Mechanical Engineering, earning Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) + Master of Technology (M.Tech) degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Kaushal has worked in several reputed organizations in the past, where he has held many positions of responsibility. He was previously a Program Manager - Business Excellence at udaan.com, where he launched and built the Home and Kitchen Business, and also handled the Electronics Demand and Phone Supply Growth. Prior to that, he worked with Flipkart, where he managed different areas such as Business Growth-Flipkart Nearby, Merchandising and Pricing-Large Appliances.

Currently, Kaushal is serving as a Business Lead at VEGROW, where he is leveraging his skills and expertise to uplift the ecosystem and supplement the growth of the company.

Apart from his professional commitments, Kaushal is also actively involved in various welfare activities. He was previously the Public Relations Chair and General Body Member at Gopali Youth Welfare Society and served as the Sponsorship Coordinator and Social Media Head. He was also the Publicity Head at Spring Fest.
