Katy Shamitz, now known as Katy Boucher, is the Founder and Executive Director of The Accord School, previously known as Chapman Farm School, located in Norwell, Massachusetts. With over twenty years of experience in education and counseling, she has dedicated her career to fostering meaningful educational experiences for adolescents.
Background and Education
Katy holds a Master's degree in Counseling and School Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology from Stonehill College. Her extensive background includes serving as a School Guidance Counselor at Norwell Public Schools, where she worked with students from ages 3 to 18.1
