Katie Zabel

Katie Zabel is the CCAMPIS Grant and Summer Camp Coordinator at Southeast Community College (SCC). In her role, she oversees various camp activities, including fishing, canoeing, archery, crafts, and large group games. She is also certified as a lifeguard, which adds to her qualifications for managing summer camp safety and activities.24

Zabel is involved with the CCAMPIS (Child Care Access Means Parents in School) grant, which provides financial assistance for child care to Pell-eligible students at SCC. This grant helps reduce tuition costs for child care and early childhood education, benefiting students with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.13
