Katie Gerson

Katie Gerson is the Founder and CEO of the Psych Safe Culture Center, where she focuses on promoting psychological safety and enhancing organizational culture. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, she is an expert in organizational psychology, culture, and engagement, and is recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in psychological safety. Gerson is also a quality of life advocate, dedicated to fostering inclusive and supportive work environments.

Her professional background includes significant experience in analyzing organizational culture and employee engagement. She has presented to various audiences, including executives and military leaders, and has conducted extensive data analysis to provide strategic insights for improving workplace dynamics. Gerson has a strong commitment to empowering underrepresented groups, particularly women and parents of children with special needs, and aims to transform toxic workplace environments into collaborative and growth-oriented spaces.1
