In her previous role as VP of business development at a Home Health Care Agency, Kathy successfully implemented programs that enhanced care for seniors, reducing falls, medication errors, and UTIs through a proactive approach.

Currently, Kathy serves as the Co-Founder and Head of Growth and Marketing at iCarenetwork, a virtual care platform that aims to streamline personal health information for families, individuals, and care providers.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology from the College of Charleston.
