Kathryn Henderson

Kathryn Henderson is an experienced industry professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in commercial, animation, documentary, and independent film production.

Starting as a line producer, Kathryn expanded her skill set at VSA Partners before moving to NYC to focus on 2D and 3D animation, leveraging her live action experience.

As an Executive Producer / Head of Production, Kathryn has managed various productions ranging from strategy, branding, and visual identity to network rebrands, live action video production, post-production/VFX, and web/app design and development.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with renowned brands and agencies including Google, Apple, NIKE, P&G, HBO, Ford, and many others, handling a wide array of projects.

Maintaining an indie career since college, Kathryn's work has been showcased at festivals globally, with some projects distributed through major platforms like Netflix, iTunes, and Amazon Video.

Noteworthy achievements include co-founding the event series 'TheMIC,' an open mic platform that aimed to foster community support through arts and collaboration, raising over $20,000 for nonprofits and hosting impactful events such as 'The Concert Across America to End Gun Violence - NYC.'

Kathryn holds a background in Digital Filmmaking and Video Production from The Art Institutes, and she has held key roles at reputable organizations like VERSUS, Sibling Rivalry, and Slanted Studios.

In her leisure time, Kathryn enjoys activities like singing, playing guitar, spending time with her cat, and scuba diving.
