Kathryn Guggenheim

Kathryn Guggenheim is an accomplished professional with a strong background in psychology, human resources, and organization development.

She holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in HR Management from Stony Brook University, further complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Sociology from Hofstra University.

Kathryn is a Results Trained Coach with a Brain-Based Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute, showcasing her commitment to personal and professional growth.

With a wealth of experience in talent development and organization enhancement, Kathryn has held various key positions at CA Technologies, including Sr Principal and Director of Talent Development, Manager of Organization Development, Principal of Organization Development, and Senior Organization Development Analyst.

Additionally, she served as an Intern and Specialist in Organization Development, demonstrating her evolution within the field.

Currently, Kathryn Guggenheim serves as the Director of Employee Engagement at Stony Brook University Hospital within Stony Brook Medicine, where she continues to leverage her expertise to drive employee satisfaction and organizational success.
