Kathleen Geneva is the Owner and Director of the National League of Junior Cotillions (NLJC), where she plays a significant role in overseeing operations and program development. She graduated from Randolph College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications in 1985.1 Based in Haymarket, Virginia, she has been actively involved in promoting social etiquette and leadership skills among youth through the NLJC programs.2
