Christine Rainwater is a skilled Psychometrician, Program Manager, Instructional Systems Designer, Trainer, and Analyst, boasting over 25 years of experience in program management, curriculum design, and instruction using research-based techniques and technologies.

She excels in leading organizational change, building relationships across all levels, demonstrating exceptional organizational, planning, and evaluation skills to thrive in diverse environments.
