Katherine Salmon

Katherine Salmon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry and a passion for diversity and inclusion.

Katherine currently leads a BAME diversity group across four businesses at Dentsu, located at The Qube, where she is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in advertising.

In her free time, Katherine is a member of the Hip Hop Orchestra and is actively involved in various app-based and event-based projects.

She pursued her education by studying A Levels in Psychology, Law, Drama & Theatre studies, as well as obtaining a Certificate in Financial Services from Halesowen College.

Katherine furthered her academic journey by completing a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and English Literature at the University of Westminster.

With a rich professional background, Katherine has held key positions such as Account Director at LIVEPOSTER, Ambassador at NABS, and Owner of KISH, showcasing her versatile skill set and leadership capabilities.

Her previous roles include Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Training Academy Manager at LIVEPOSTER, highlighting her extensive experience in account management and team leadership.

Katherine has also worked at various other organizations, including Rocket Food Ltd, Centaur Communications, and The Esprit Group, where she honed her skills in events management, email campaigns, and fundraising.

Her diverse experience spans across different industries and roles, reflecting her adaptability and proficiency in various professional domains.
