Kate McLaughlin, based in Las Vegas since 2010, is a dedicated professional who is passionate about creating opportunities for community development.

With a diverse career background spanning the music industry, logistics, and education sectors, Kate is known for her commitment to continuous learning and building meaningful connections.

Kate's educational journey includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sociology from New York University, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.

Having contributed her skills and expertise to various organizations, Kate has held key roles such as Executive Director and Program Manager at Girls on the Run - Las Vegas, Logistics Manager and Childhood Nutrition Programs Coordinator at Three Square Food Bank, and Music & Theatre Cooperative Education Coordinator at Northeastern University. She has also served as a Talent Agent at International Music Network.

Currently, Kate McLaughlin is leading the charge at Girls on the Run Las Vegas, a role she embraces with enthusiasm after years of dedicated volunteer work with the organization.
