Kate Friedheim, a UNC-Chapel Hill alum, possesses a diverse skill set and a background in Environmental Science with a minor in Computer Science.
With a passion for problem-solving and helping companies succeed, Kate brings qualities like honesty, clear communication, and initiative to the table.
She thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience in content creation, editing, grant writing, program management, and operations management, gained during her time at RETI, a non-profit focusing on environmental justice and energy equity.
Kate has held various roles including Software Developer at FDM Group, consultant at Bessemer Trust, Operations Director at JouleScout, and Operations Manager and Content Developer at Renewable Energy Transition Initiative.
Her professional background also includes positions as a Math Instructor at Mathnasium of Myers Park, Nature Presenter at Discovery Place Nature, Raleigh Food Corridor Intern at Community Food Lab, and Green Events and Composting Intern at UNC-Chapel Hill.
