Kat Karpati is a seasoned Strategic and Business lead with a strong reputation for partnering with brands to elevate their success. With close to twenty years of industry experience, she is instrumental in launching, refreshing, and reigniting brands, making a lasting impact on consumers globally.

Kat's educational background includes achieving a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Advertising and Marketing, where she maintained an impressive 3.67 GPA at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and School of Management.

Throughout her career, Kat has held significant roles at renowned organizations. She co-founded Flock Creative and served as the Executive Director at Hatch Design. Her previous positions include Director of Client Services and freelance account director at Hatch Design, Account Director, and Management Supervisor at Venables Bell and Partners, VP at Arnold Worldwide, as well as various roles at The Kaplan Thaler Group and Grey Worldwide.
