Karolina Facchin is a passionate individual with a diverse background encompassing both the animal field and business environments.

With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Social Sciences from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo, Karolina has a strong educational foundation.

Karolina's professional journey includes roles such as Co-Founder and Executive Director at Search Scientists, Branding and Customer Experience at Ad Badger, and Creative Director and Owner at Alchemie Press.

Her experience extends to working as a Sea Lion Trainer at Coral World Ocean Park, a Dog Trainer at Andrea Arden Dog Training, and a Sea Lion Interaction Program Facilitator at the Wildlife Conservation Society.

Additionally, Karolina has served as a Companion Animal Department Manager and Canine Education Instructor at Petco, showcasing her versatility in animal-related roles.

Karolina's expertise lies in fostering communication, cooperation, and success within the business environment, with a focus on team building, product/service innovation, and client satisfaction.

She takes pride in developing ethical business practices, ensuring the well-being of team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Outside of work, Karolina enjoys activities such as Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUPing), spending time with her dog at the park, and indulging in her passion for creating art.
