Karman Kent is a strategic planner with a mission-driven approach, excelling in project management, evaluation, candidate assessment, and team coordination.

With a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology, and Religion from Kalamazoo College, Karman has a strong educational background.

Karman Kent has held key positions such as Director of Enrollment Management at Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill, Director of Scholar Selection at The Morehead-Cain Foundation, and Graduate Assistant at UNC-Chapel Hill Office of Scholarships and Student Aid, showcasing a diverse professional experience.

In addition to his roles in enrollment management and scholarship selection, Karman has also been actively involved in community service as a Children's Ministry Volunteer Care Coordinator at newhope Church, a Faith Community Liaison at Our Children's Place, and a Program Support Manager at The Emily Krzyzewski Center.
