Karina Mendez is a passionate leader dedicated to inspiring and empowering others to reach their highest potential. With seven years of experience at Allstate, Karina is currently the Leadership Development Program Manager, where she designs and implements programs to develop a pipeline of diverse early-career professionals. She is a champion for Diversity and Inclusion at Allstate and is actively involved in professional Latino Allstate network and sits on the advisory board of the HighSight foundation.
Karina's educational background includes dual degrees in Sociology and Spanish Literature from Pomona College and certifications in Health and Life Coaching and Women's Leadership. In her previous roles, Karina has held positions as a Senior Education Consultant, Business Operations Project Manager, and Communication and Change Management Consultant at Allstate.
