Karin Botes is a master's graduate in Psychology and Psychometrics from the University of Johannesburg with more than a decade of experience in HR consultation, talent acquisition, and executive search. She also holds a BA Ed Hons in Psychology and Orthodidactics along with a BA Ed in Education and Psychology from the University of Pretoria. Karin Botes has worked with Auckland Council as a Talent Research Specialist - Contract and had previously been a Consultant at Recruit NZ Limited and Director at Opendoor Assignments. She is currently an Independent Contractor/Director at ENG Search & Consult and dedicated to sourcing the best-fit candidates for internal/external recruitment and confidential career searches for senior candidates. She has been proactively seeking out the right candidates for Engineering, Financial and Education disciplines, and she is known for building long-term relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication and a respectful approach.
