Kari Black is a remarkable education and non-profit management professional who has dedicated her life to mentoring children and young adults to pursue their dreams. With a Master of Education degree in Childhood Education from The College of New Rochelle and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College, Kari has worked extensively as a consultant, teacher, and mentor for various organizations across the country.
Kari's diverse experience includes working as a Teacher/Consultant at iTutorGroup, Big Sister at Big Brothers Big Sisters of FSW, Substitute Teacher at Rye City School District and Pelham Union Free School District, and as the Special Projects Coordinator, Merchandise Manager, and Production Manager at Polo Ralph Lauren.
Kari's passion for community service has led her to actively participate in the Parish of Christ the Redeemer, where she served in different positions such as the Stewardship and Evangelism Chair, Buildings Chair, Church School Superintendent, and Senior Warden. Additionally, Kari is an IRONMAN finisher and a sports enthusiast.
With robust skills in teaching, management, mentoring, and non-profit organizations, Kari has demonstrated her ability to motivate, uplift, and empower young people to achieve their full potential.
