Karen Massey

Karen Massey is an accomplished and forward-thinking General Manager with over 20 years of Pharma-Biotech experience across various key areas such as marketing, sales, operations, and corporate strategy.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from New York University, Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Economics in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Sydney.

Karen has held several leadership roles in top pharmaceutical companies, including Senior Vice President of Product Development & Global Clinical Operations, Vice President of Multiple Sclerosis & NMO, Senior Director of Commercial Business Operations, Director of Esbriet Marketing, and Director of Respiratory Portfolio at Genentech.

Prior to her tenure at Genentech, Karen also gained valuable experience at Pfizer, serving as the Regional Commercial Lead for Latin America, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Global Strategy & Innovation, and Senior Marketing Manager.

Her collaborative leadership style, coupled with a creative problem-solving approach, has enabled her to build high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations.
