Karen Jefferys

Karen Jefferys is an experienced manager and fundraiser with a strong background in the philanthropy industry. She excels in Change Management, Charities, Management, Philanthropy, Fundraising, and Social Media.

Karen's educational journey includes a BA Honours in History with a 2.1 classification from the University of Kent. She also engaged in studying Religious Education Module on World Religions at The Open University, A Levels, AS and GCSEs, achieving outstanding results at Wilmington Grammar School for Girls. Currently, she is enhancing her skills with a postgraduate level micro-credential in Creating online courses at The Open University.

Professionally, Karen has held key roles in various organizations. She is currently serving as the Impact Officer at Bexley Voluntary Service Council. Previously, she has contributed as a Member Pioneer at Co-op, Development Manager at TreasuresFoundation.org, Support Development Co-ordinator at CRiBS, Fundraiser at JusB and Crosslinks, and in diverse roles including Administrator and Supporter Development Manager at Oasis Trust.
