Karen Ho is a Chartered Accountant Of Singapore (CA) with extensive experience in finance, SOX compliance, financial and business analysis, and project financial management across international markets.

Currently, Karen leads the Accounting Compliance & Technical Accounting team for APJ, overseeing tasks like SOX compliance, financial management, and finance process optimization.

Karen has a diverse industry background spanning Consulting, IT, Hospitality, Transportation, Accounting/Audit Services, and Retail.

Her specialties include SOX compliance, risk management, internal controls, financial modeling, business analysis, and financial ERP systems like SAP and Oracle.

She holds a degree in Accountancy with a minor in Banking & Finance from Nanyang Technological University, along with A Level and O Level qualifications.

Karen has held senior finance roles at reputable companies like Salesforce, Dell EMC, DFS Group, and InterContinental Hotels Group, among others.

Her experience includes managing large finance functions, collaborating with senior management, and driving finance process standardization and policy formulation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
