Karen Boehling is a seasoned performance improvement professional with over 20 years of experience in the learning and development industry. Her expertise and knowledge in performance consulting, needs analysis, and instructional design make her an excellent resource for any organization. Karen holds a Master of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, and another Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney. She also studied business administration at Babson College.

Her extensive background in designing and developing training for multiple industries and content areas, including leadership/management, business skills, technical/functional, and systems, makes her well-suited to handle any challenge. She served as the Senior Program Manager, Manager Readiness at Amazon, where she was responsible for ensuring the readiness of new managers across the company. Before that, Karen was the Owner and Performance Improvement Consultant at Pillar Performance Consulting, LLC, where she helped clients improve their business performance through learning and development initiatives. She has also worked as a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist, Learning & Development Manager, and Director of Global Learning & Development.
