Kamila Bochenek

Kamila Bochenek is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team at Osborne Clarke.1 She specializes in venture capital investments, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, and shareholder arrangements.1 Kamila advises entrepreneurs, start-ups, founders, and investors, assisting them from set-up to exit, with particular expertise in the technology, life sciences, media, and entertainment sectors.1
