She is currently the Director of Customer Experience, PMO at Fastly, a leading edge cloud platform provider that enables fast and secure online experiences. Before this role, she was the Director of Customer Support at Fastly, where she led a highly skilled and diverse team to provide world-class support to customers and improve internal processes.
