Kambiz Izadi

Kambiz Izadi serves as the General Counsel at Diversis Capital, where he is responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the firm and its portfolio companies. He joined Diversis in 2021 after previously holding the position of Chief Legal Officer at a global high-growth technology company with a presence in multiple countries, including the United States and Singapore. Before that, he was a senior in-house attorney at a NASDAQ-traded biotechnology company.

Izadi has extensive legal experience, having spent the first decade of his career practicing corporate, transactional, and securities law at several prominent law firms, where he eventually became a partner. His practice included serving as outside general counsel for various companies and working on numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and venture capital transactions, including cross-border deals.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis. In his personal time, Kambiz enjoys skiing, swimming, reading, and spending time with his family.12
