Kalhara Gandrakota is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and a diverse range of experiences in the fields of business, engineering, and research.

Kalhara holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, where she graduated with Honours. She furthered her education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Management at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, following her participation in the Summer Business Scholars Program at the same institution.

Her professional journey includes roles at prestigious organizations such as McKinsey & Company, where she currently serves as an Associate. Prior to her current position, Kalhara gained valuable experience as a Pre-MBA Intern at Roland Berger, and held various positions at Mu Sigma Inc., including Apprentice Leader, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst.

In addition to her corporate experience, Kalhara has a background in research, having worked as a Research Analyst at Bridge to India Pvt. Ltd. and interned at both the CO2 Research & Green Technologies Centre at Vellore Institute Of Technology and the Electronics & Radar Development Establishment at Defence Research and Development Organisation. She has also contributed her skills as an Intern at The Freedom Foundation.
