Kaitlin McDonough is a highly skilled Artist, Administrator, and Teacher with a background in American higher education and international arts education in Italy.

She excels in Academic Programming, Strategic Planning, Mediation, Student Services, Fine Art, Writing, Editing, Advising, Public Speaking, Diplomacy, Curriculum Development, Program Development, Marketing, and Staff Oversight.

Kaitlin holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Painting from Tyler School of Art, Temple University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Boston University, graduating Summa cum laude.

Her paintings have been showcased in various locations spanning Italy, including Venice, Rome, Vicenza, Bologna, Verona, as well as in cities like Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Richmond, and Serbia.

As the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Faculty member at the New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting, and Sculpture, she teaches courses focusing on Drawing and Painting, sensory elevation, and Color.
