Kailee Carneau is a storyteller, designer, and user experience (UX) expert based in the United States. She has worked in various organizations as an HR Information System Analyst, Org. Design & Dev. Intern, Graduate Assistant, Analysis Intern, and Business Intern. Kailee has studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Master's level at the University of New Haven and Whitworth University. Additionally, she completed Springboard's UX Design Career Track program. Kailee has a love for dancing and draws parallels between the lessons she learns on the dance floor and the skills she uses in UX design, such as empathy, problem identification, and continuous testing. She is passionate about finding ways to improve interactions between businesses and their stakeholders.
