As the Owner and CEO of Promotech Inc. and HP Store Barbados, Kailash spearheads two prominent technology companies in Barbados that cater to both B2B and B2C markets across the Caribbean region. He also holds the titles of Owner and CEO of Promotech Group LLC in Miami, serves as a National Advisory Board member for the International Leadership Foundation, and is a board member of the YPO Southern Chapter. Kailash's interests extend to sports such as golf and sports-shooting, and he is a highly valued cricket player in the Barbados Indian Premier League (BIPL). Beyond technology, he is involved in real estate ventures, distribution, and hospitality businesses.
Born in Ajmer, India, to Neeta and the late Moti Pardasani, Kailash was raised and educated in Barbados, completing his formal education by the age of 18. He realized his entrepreneurial aspirations through strategic partnerships with corporate and government entities in the Caribbean and the USA. Establishing Promotech Inc. in 1999, Kailash has cultivated a vast global clientele by representing renowned technology brands like HP, Apple, Lenovo, Samsung, Dell, and Bloomberg, emphasizing his forward-thinking approach to technology as the foundation of Promotech's mission 'Promote Technology'.
Kailash's educational background includes studies at Harrison College and earning an Associate Degree in Computer Studies and Computer Science from Barbados Community College. His involvement in various organizations, such as co-CEO & Co-Owner of Barbados Tridents CPL Cricket Team, Former Director & Shareholder at Carilend Ltd, and past roles at YPO, Cafe 195 & Bistro, and Promotech, demonstrate his diverse professional engagements and community contributions.
