Kaila Vreeken is an empathic user-centered researcher and service designer with a strong passion for conducting context- & ethnographic user research. With extensive experience in tackling complex social issues across different cultural backgrounds and local governments, Kaila excels in translating insights into valuable products and services tailored to user needs. Kaila holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Design for Interaction and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology, along with additional studies in Industrial Design from the University of Technology, Sydney. Kaila has held various roles, including Senior Service Designer at Muzus, Design Thinking & Service Design Consultant at Nextview Design Thinking Center, and Chief Empathy Officer at Ministerie van Design.
