This research project focused on what professionals expected to be in ‘Using ReachOut.com’ section of the site and how the content could be presented to meet their needs. The Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS) is a not for profit organisation providing help at home and other support services to older people, people with disabilities and their carers. With stakeholder collaboration we created digital brand guidelines from their existing print documents, making the most out of the brown, red, gold color. 

Using the existing site as a baseline, we created new hierarchy that would meet the needs of older users and their carers. I was then charged to design, mock-up and built their new responsive site using a platform which would make it easier for them as a company to update and use internally. With special consideration to legibility, and the ability native text translation the site now also has additional functionality such as donation, social media integration and newsletter sign up. Images and assets now reflect the brand goal of showcasing empowered elders, informed and in control.

Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS)

Work at the Artificial centered on hands-on visual and interaction design. Day-to-day work included writing guidelines, constructing flowcharts and sketching out wireframes to create coherent and consistent digital systems that both developers and users could follow. From high level concept generation to composing individual screens and states; we created everything from sketch designs through to final assets for a range of apps, programs and websites across operating systems and devices.

The Artificial is a digital product design agency comprised of an ambitious group of individuals with passions and expertise in aesthetics, behavior, and technology. We believe in making over talking and convey our ideas through sketches, pixels, and prototypes.

Primary focus while working at frog was design research. Working within multi-disciplinary teams to design and facilitate frogthink workshops. Brainstorming, conceptualizing and translating research findings into viable concepts. Using skills in graphic design, animation, industrial design and video 
editing to make concepts real, and research relatable. Strong focus on experience and service design.

As an unsworn member of the Judicial Support Unit produced interactive presentations to be used in high profile court proceedings.Common tasks included collating and analyzing evidence, reconstructing scenes with CAD software, footage enhancement, editing and, the construction of animations or interactive timelines.
