Throughout a career spanning over 13 years, Kai has excelled as a business leader, demonstrating a knack for uncovering new revenue streams and delivering strong outcomes in the realms of ETF and quantitative investments.

With a passion for innovation, Kai has made significant contributions as both a fund manager and operations manager, exploring cutting-edge solutions like leveraging big data for investment purposes and introducing unlisted share classes for ETFs.

Notably, Kai's standout achievements extend to his role as a people manager, where he has fostered dynamic and supportive work environments that inspire and cultivate talent.

Since 2014, Kai has held the position of Responsible Officer (RO) and Manager-In-Charge for Sensible Asset Management HK, overseeing the strategic operations of the business unit entity.

Kai's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
