As an expert in the Introhive platform, with a strong focus on relationship and customer intelligence, I specialized in helping individuals enhance their CRM data. My role was dedicated to providing unique solutions that combined the power of Introhive with custom Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows to deliver unparalleled results.

With a proven track record, I successfully completed multiple Salesforce implementations, including layout setup, custom object creation, field customization, workflow design, and seamless integrations. In addition to this, I served as the Salesforce administrator for multiple Salesforce CRM instances, supporting various demonstration and engineering teams.

My in-depth knowledge of the Introhive platform and its seamless integration with CRM platforms allowed me to uncover and provide the best technical solutions to meet the prospective client's unique needs.

I served as a Senior Solutions Consultant for Aventri (now Stova), specializing as the go-to expert across the expansive product suite. I aided sales in identifying technical needs and providing unique, custom, and out-of-the-box solutions for renowned brand titans across various industries, including Apparel and Sports, Media & Entertainment, Technology, Legal Services, and Banking.

I was consistently sought after to manage high-value prospects and address their technical requirements, devising custom solutions not only to secure significant new business but also to retain important existing clients.

I built custom websites, registrations forms, emails, and mobile apps to showcase the value of the platform, specific to each organization. Samples of these websites are available in the Projects section. 

During my tenure, I successfully closed some of the largest deals in the company's history and gained valuable experience assisting sales in the closure of six and seven figure deals as the technical expert.

Worked with customers to establish critical goals and key performance indicators and aided the customer in achieving success. Advocated customer needs and issues cross-departmentally. Built and improved onboarding processes, pro-actively sought opportunities to engage Webroot customers, and ensured their voice was being heard. Consulted customers on their business needs and determined custom solutions required. Created and executed project plans based off of customer requirements. Implemented, maintained and authored online knowledge base for all projects. Conducted private trainings focused on product and project usage. Coded detailed reporting solutions using PHP. Designed unique survey themes and app skins utilizing HTML, CSS and Adobe Photoshop. Set up data integrations through APIs from the SurveyGizmo platform to PHP files and other applications like Mandrill, Salesforce, and Easy Insight.

Provided technical representation on the RegOnline (SaaS) product to over 75 sales executives across the United States, Canada and Europe to aid in deal closures and upsells. Gave customized presentations on the RegOnline and StarCite products via web-ex and in person. Designed websites, surveys and registration forms to demonstrate the capabilities of the SaaS tool. Consistently met $173M yearly quota by assessing the needs of Fortune 500 clients and presenting to them the best solution. Completed technical and functional RFPs to further the sales cycle.

Identified bugs within the system and performed tests to determine root cause. Researched impact levels of bugs for clients and advised development accordingly. Assisted in prioritization of bugs and their resolutions for upcoming releases (agile development life cycle). Frequently communicated with clients regarding the status of existing bugs and alerted them upon resolution. Determined workarounds for clients to utilize while a bug was being resolved by development. Assisted with and led a variety of additional projects such as the RegOnline company cookbook.

Interacted with clients instructing them on the RegOnline (SaaS) product. Provided clients with workarounds for current issues within the system. Created lasting, positive impressions on clients through email and phone communications. Exceeded expected case load by 140% on a daily basis.

Technical Support, Tier 1

Responsible for developing new sales opportunities for SaaS products. Customized the themes and content of event registration forms to aid in deal closures. Utilized Mahan training in order to understand a prospects business needs to further the customer relationship and eventual sale. Expanded pipeline through phone calls, email marketing and in-person meetings. Defined myself as the go-to technology solution expert for prospects and clients.
