Justin Young is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in brand engagement, marketing, and advertising.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University, a Certificate in Marketing Management from Humber College, and studied at North Toronto Collegiate Institute.

Currently, Justin serves as a Partner for Brand Engagement at Podium Podcast Co., showcasing his skills in strategic brand development and audience engagement.

Previously, he held key roles such as Principal and Senior Brand Engagement Strategist at Justin Young Strategy, Director of Brand Engagement at Elevator Strategy, Advertising & Design, and Creative Director and Co-Founder at Village&Co.

His notable past positions include Managing Director at Radar DDB, Account Director at Rethink and Goodby Silverstein & Partners, and Account Manager at Goodby Silverstein & Partners.
