Justin Bruce

Justin T. Bruce is a dedicated professional in Student Engagement with a passion for lifelong learning and fun experiences. He brings diverse expertise in Student Activities, Academic Advising Programming, Leadership development programs, Orientation, Event Planning, and Student Affairs communication planning.

With a background in developing programs for effective communication, diversity awareness, and professional development, Justin always seeks new opportunities to enhance programs and reach new heights. His specialties include Team-building, Discussion Facilitation, Leadership skills, Program Development, Mission building/goal setting, and Conflict mediation.

Justin holds a Master's degree in Education from The College of William and Mary and a Bachelor's degree from Lafayette College. Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director for Orientation and First Year Programs at the University of Rochester, where his talent for program development and student engagement shines.
