Justin Szlasa is a hands-on start-up executive with over 20 years of experience in technology, production, marketing, media, and board service. Currently, he holds the role of Director of Homeless Initiatives at Future Communities Institute, a non-profit in DTLA focusing on addressing societal challenges. In the past, he served as the Transitional Executive Director at SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition and advises AZA Battery, a company working on innovative zinc-air batteries. Justin's entrepreneurial journey includes bootstrapping a successful web marketing agency, selling it to Thomson Reuters, and venturing into film production and technology startups. His diverse background also involves volunteering, board service, and international experiences.
