Enterprise Account Executive

As the global sales and strategy lead for PagerDuty's CSOps product line, I was responsible for driving PagerDuty's revenue growth and go-to-market execution for this strategic offering.

Through strategic GTM initiatives and strong cross-functional partnerships, I was able to drive 624% YoY nnARR growth, scaling the CSOps product from $13K to $20M in nnARR over 3 years. This performance resulted in me achieving 154% attainment to a $4.9M quota in FY23, and 117% attainment to an $11M quota in FY24 - earning me President's Club honors both years.

To further enable the global sales team, I implemented and standardized PagerDuty's CSOps demo as a part of a greater Platform demo, creating a new pipeline generation play for the CSOps business unit. I also developed the comprehensive sales playbook to drive consistent, scalable execution worldwide.
