Enterprise Sales at PagerDuty
Justin Shie is currently the Head of Global Sales and Strategy for Customer Service Operations (CSOps) at PagerDuty, a position he has held since February 2021. In this role, he focuses on enhancing partnerships between customer service, engineering, and leadership to improve customer satisfaction and service availability. His efforts have included scaling customer experience organizations and fostering collaboration between departments to eliminate silos and enhance service delivery.1
Before joining PagerDuty, Shie worked as an Enterprise Account Executive at both Kustomer and Zendesk. At Kustomer, he was instrumental in acquiring the company's first APAC customer and played a key role in establishing its local presence in San Francisco. His tenure at Zendesk involved managing and expanding a significant number of accounts, hosting marketing events, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive customer success.1
Shie holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University and has developed a strong background in sales and customer service strategies throughout his career.1
