Justin Richmond also served in critical roles in Afghanistan, including as USAID's District Stability Framework coordinator, where he mentored teams on stabilization implementation in a challenging environment.
With a foundation in the U.S. Army as a special operations team leader, he focused on stabilization, counterinsurgency, and information operations in the southern Philippines.
Justin Richmond holds a B.A. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and has been involved in organizations such as impl. project, Truman National Security Project, Development Transformations, and the US Army.
