Avanti Shrikumar

Avanti Shrikumar is a highly accomplished individual who transitioned to the study of oceanic nutrient cycling under Karen Caciotti and completed a PhD focusing on machine learning in regulatory genomics at the Kundaje lab in Stanford.

Avanti, also known as Av Shrikumar, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computational Biology from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a remarkable 5.0/5.0 GPA.

With a strong academic foundation, Avanti has been associated with renowned organizations such as Stanford University where he served as a Postdoctoral Researcher and previously as a C.S. PhD Student.
