Justin Palmer is a driven customer service professional with a diverse background in the insurance industry. Having worked in both sales and claims, Palmer has honed his skills in Operations Management, Accounting, Inventory Management, Retail, and Customer Service. Palmer attended Washington State University, where he studied business.
Before his tenure at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Palmer worked as a Financial Representative at COUNTRY Financial®, a Sales Manager at Leif's Auto Collision Centers, and a Warehouse Manager at Key Home Furnishings. He later became a licensed Sales Producer at Allstate before moving onto work as a Commercial claims rep at Liberty Mutual Insurance. After leaving Liberty Mutual, Palmer spent time working as an Assistant Project Accountant at Skanska before moving to DWFritz Automation to serve as an Inventory Control Clerk.
