Justin Markell is a seasoned strategist, operator, producer, and ecosystem builder with over 13 years of leadership experience in driving growth and sustainable popular culture through innovative media and marketing strategies.

Throughout his career, Justin has collaborated with notable brands and public figures such as Microsoft, Kraft Foods, Warner Bros. Studios, and individuals like Sarah Jessica Parker, Amanda Gorman, and Chance The Rapper.

As the Founder of Stand With Impact, Justin acts as a curator of strategies, people, and platforms to impact culture and social good. He has spearheaded various impactful initiatives including NFTs benefiting oceans and strategic development for donation loan products.

Previously, Justin served as the Director of Community at Kindred, where he led the creators business by launching Quests, coalitions, and activations to address social issues. His work led to significant revenue growth and impactful partnerships with HBO.

Justin's professional journey includes experience in launching and enhancing startups, publishers, agencies, and nonprofits. He has worked on building brands for artists, leading strategy for youth culture content networks, and managing connections with C-Suite culture influencers.
