Ilya Gendelman

Ilya Gendelman is a seasoned operations and strategy professional with expertise in go-to-market strategy, financial modeling, and collaboration. With a BA in Business Management Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and experience in competitive strategy from LMU, Ilya has worked with multiple cross-functional teams and managed a host of projects, creating new processes, building procedures and delivering project roadmaps within deadline-driven environments. Using data analysis, modeling, and market research, he built solid financial systems to stabilize his organization. His problem-solving skills extend to the strategic and operational levels, and he has a wealth of experience communicating results and insights to senior leaders through live presentations and ongoing analysis/reports.

Ilya’s diverse career in a range of industries has seen him work with notable organizations like Bitmovin (as the Sr. Director GTM Strategy and Operations), Youth Tennis Advantage (as a Board Member), NextRoll, Inc. (as Director, Strategy and Planning), Fastly (Sales + Client Services Operations), Autodesk (Sales Finance and Business Operations) and Deloitte (Advisory Services). As a former Intern at Mellon Capital, he gained hands-on experience in financial analysis and strategic operations, creating insights into executive-level business decisions.
